Board prices:

  Shelter: $370 +GST

  Barn: $385 +GST

For ALL horses, this INCLUDES:

*  4 feedings per day (3 feedings in summer when turned out all day), grain & supplements will be fed if provided by boarder

*  daily turnout (weather permitting) into track & field system or private pasture.

*  HEATED & filtered automatic water (including UV filter)

*  large indoor tack locker (lockable)

*  individual storage space for 160-200 bales in one of our haybarns

Additional Services can be added for the following prices:

    $120/mth +GST  –  Daily cleaning for paddock & shelter/stall (based on $4/day)

    $5/day +GST  –   Cleaning coverage (if you normally do your cleaning but need coverage for vacations & such)

    $40/mth +GST  –  Hay box stocking (to move your hay from the haybarn to the hay boxes by your shelter, or into the barn, for daily feeding)

Bedding is supplied for barn stalls and charged based on usage.

We have at least two hay brokers who serve our area.  They deliver & stack hay right into our barns.  Ordering from them is easy and totally transparent because you only pay for what your horse eats.

We will allow you to get your own hay from local farms, as long as you bring in horse quality (not weedy), moisture tested hay.
